Indian Spiced GF Fried Chicken



Quick and Easy to Make.

Makes about 5-6 servings


Ingredients:

2-4 eggs

1 gallon size ziploc bag or plastic bag for coating flour on to chicken

1 pound of organic chicken tenderloins

1 1/2 tablespoons Indian Spice Blend (See Recipe)

Coconut oil for frying

1-2 Cups gluten-free flour

salt and pepper to taste


Directions:


1. Heat coconut oil in a skillet until medium warm

2. Crack 2 to 3 eggs in a bowl, whisk until mixed.

3. Place 1 to 2 cups of gluten-free flour, salt, pepper and Indian spice blend into Ziploc bag.

4. Coat chicken tenders in egg mixture, place in Ziploc bag and shake. Repeat this process one more time. For a total of 2 times ending with flour.

5. . When oil is ready remove tenderloins from Ziploc bag and place them in skillet for frying. Cook both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce
