Crock Pot Chicken Bone Broth

Fresh and Delicious

1 fresh chicken bones
(after you have removed he meat)
2 chicken feet ( for extra collagen, Optional)
1 whole onion, chopped
2 carrots
3 stalks of celery
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Cheese Cloth
Directions:
Place all ingredient in large crock pot.
Cover with water at least an inch over the top of bones
Place top on crock pot and cook at medium high for 24 hours.
Once done strain everything in the pot through the cheese cloth
Let cool and either freeze, use, or store in the refrigerator (keeps in refrigerator for 1 week).
Note: I set my crock pot on 8 hours in the morning and again on 8 hours at night until my broth cooked for 24 hours.
